Introduction to Winemaking

Each class, limited to 30 students, will be taught by Frank Borrelli, owner / winemaker, and will cover a brief overview of winemaking, grape varieties (vitis vinifera and hybrids), purchasing ideas, equipment requirements, yeasts, additives, sanitation, and detailed steps for consistently making good white and/or red wine.

 Class will provide instruction on making wine from grapes,  juices and kits.

 Students must be 19 years of age to participate.

*Advanced registration is required. Fees, $54.95 per person. Students may register up through the day of the class provided the class is not full*
